Use of Service
BrandRafter lets you build and publish a website for your business. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to publish content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately on WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Trials require no payment upfront. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of a paid plan — contact us on WhatsApp to request one.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the content you publish on your website. BrandRafter retains ownership of the platform, modules, templates and underlying technology that power your site.
Limitation of Liability
BrandRafter is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep your website online and secure, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time with no questions asked. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
